It notices
A tenant moved out last week and there are still no handover photos — in a fortnight the flat is repainted and that evidence is gone for good. The app spots it and says so, once, on the home screen. Not a popup, not a badge, not a list of chores: one line about the one thing that matters most right now, and a tap that takes you straight to it.

Can I keep a copy of my tenant's ID?No sales call. No onboarding video. No dashboard of charts nobody reads, no badges, no nagging you to come back. Nobody here needs you to log in daily so a number goes up somewhere.
It was written for one person with a few flats who wants the rent written down — and specifically for the one in the family who is worst with technology. Two buttons at the bottom of the screen, and that is the entire menu. Nothing to set up. Big buttons and big text, because plenty of landlords are seventy. If you can take a photo with your phone, you already know how to use it.
Your tenants' names stay on your phone. There is no account to create and no server holding your records, so the app works with the internet switched off. The only thing it ever sends is an anonymous report if it crashes, and you can switch even that off. A backup is a file you export and put wherever you like.
