You already have the information. It is just scattered.

The bank app for the transfers. Photos of receipts somewhere in the camera roll. A note about the boiler that you will find eventually. The lease in a folder, probably. Then a tenant says they paid, and you go looking. Easy Landlord is the one place all of it lives — on your phone, with nothing to log into.

One place

Everything about a flat, in one card

The rent, the tenant, the expenses, the receipts, the move-in photos, the lease, the certificates. Not in the camera roll, not in a drawer, not in three different apps.

Before it goes wrong

It tells you before the rent is late

A notification on the morning rent is due, and another the moment your grace period runs out. Then the app writes the reminder for you — name, address, month and amount already filled in — and you send it by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail. You read it first, and you can change it.

For your accountant

One page, ready to hand over

Rent in, expenses out, what is actually left — by month, quarter or year, for one property or all of them. Export it as a PDF in your language.

What it does

See who has paid, without thinking

Every property on one screen with a coloured dot. Green: the rent is in. Amber: due. Red: past the grace period you set. Grey: the flat is empty. The ones that need you sit at the top.

What do the coloured dots mean?

Log an expense in ten seconds

The amount, what it was for, and a photo of the receipt. Months later it is still there with the date attached, instead of being a faded slip in a drawer.

Why does the total not match my bank account?

Settle deposit arguments with photographs

Room-by-room photos when a tenant moves in, and again when they leave, shown side by side. This is the part that turns an argument into a conversation.

A tenant is moving out. What do I do?

Know what you actually earned

Rent minus expenses — by month, quarter or year, for one property or all of them. One page of PDF for whoever does your taxes, in your language.

Can I give something to my accountant?

Chase rent without writing the message

When rent is late, the app writes a polite reminder with the name, address, month and amount already filled in. Edit it if you want, then send it by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail. It also remembers that you asked, and when.

Does the app message my tenant by itself?

Leases, IDs and certificates in one place

Attach the lease, a certificate, whatever matters. Set the date the lease ends and the app tells you a month before. Documents filed under a tenant leave when the tenant does.

Can I keep a copy of my tenant's ID?

Your tenants' names stay on your phone

There is no account to create and no server holding your records. Everything is stored on the device itself. The only thing the app ever sends is an anonymous report if it crashes, and you can switch even that off. A backup is a file you export and put wherever you like.
